Autonomous close air support and human-machine teaming — delivering Group 4 strike effects at Group 3 cost, with no launcher, no runway, and no rated aircrew.
The Problem
Warfighters need organic overhead fires — but current solutions are too expensive, too complex, or too easy to defeat.
Warfighters lack direct control overhead fires in environments non-permissible to the AC-130J or Armed Overwatch aircraft.
Manually flying a UAV while executing ground operations in a hostile environment creates a dangerous and unsustainable cognitive burden.
Armed UAS cost $8M–$30M per unit. All fielded Group 3 platforms are ISR only, providing zero organic strike capability.
Iran’s drone swarms (Shahed-136, FPV) expose a critical C-UAS gap. OCASA’s onboard phased array radar engages UAS threats to 20 km at 1/20th the cost of current solutions.
Our Solution
OCASA delivers the airframe; Iron Mallet delivers the targeting — together, they eliminate the need for dedicated aircrew while keeping the human on the loop.

Technology Foundation
Four integrated technology pillars give OCASA and the Iron Mallet App their decisive edge over legacy systems.
GPS-denied operations via inertial, terrain, and celestial nav. Nap-of-earth terrain avoidance. Stereo odometry. BLOS via LEO sat link.
NVIDIA Xavier AGX compute with OpenCV and custom ML tracking. AI object detection, cueing, and closed-loop track-to-guidance with trajectory shaping.
ATAK and Android integration. “Select and Forget” targeting keeps the warfighter in the fight — not behind a controller. Multi-mode kinetic + EW. DoD Dir. 3000.09 compliant.
MOSA / CMOSS standard. Swappable mission payloads. LPI/LPD C2 radios. PX4 / MAVLink integration with an open API for future payload and sensor expansion.
